Product Context
The DynamoAI Documentation Site is a self-service portal for customers to onboard, deploy, and integrate DynamoAI products, helping reduce support load, accelerating time-to-value, and reinforcing product credibility through clear, accurate, and accessible technical guidance.
Business Problem
The DynamoAI customer documentation was falling short on two critical fronts: usability and brand trust. Navigation felt disjointed, key product information was buried or missing, and the visual design didn't reflect the brand and standard that we want to establish.
My Role
I was responsible for establishing usage analytics, collecting and synthesizing qualitative feedback from stakeholders and users, and strategizing the overall documentation UX improvements. I also contributed directly to the codebase, driving both information architecture updates and visual design refinements along with contribution guides.
